Lawn City Landscape provides Lawn Care Service, Pressure Washing, Landscape Design, Lawn Maintenance, Pressure Washer, Landscaping Company, Garden Maintenance, Lawn Mowing Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lawn City Landscape makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Lawn City Landscape's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawn City Landscape from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MN.

Updates. Lawn City Landscape reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
